Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Biling Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working both independently and within a team setting. The role requires accuracy, efficiency, and the ability to manage data entry tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform data entry tasks with speed and accuracy.

  • Utilize AS400 systems for data processing (experience is a plus).

  • Operate a 10-key keypad efficiently for numerical data entry.

  • Maintain and update records using Microsoft Excel.

  • Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish to support bilingual operations.

  • Ensure a high level of attention to detail to minimize errors and maintain data integrity.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role.

  • Familiarity with AS400 systems (preferred but not required).

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for basic data organization and reporting.

  • Strong 10-key typing skills.

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

  • Day shift

  • Monday to Friday

  • Overtime

  • Weekends as needed
