Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Biling Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working both independently and within a team setting. The role requires accuracy, efficiency, and the ability to manage data entry tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform data entry tasks with speed and accuracy.
Utilize AS400 systems for data processing (experience is a plus).
Operate a 10-key keypad efficiently for numerical data entry.
Maintain and update records using Microsoft Excel.
Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish to support bilingual operations.
Ensure a high level of attention to detail to minimize errors and maintain data integrity.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role.
Familiarity with AS400 systems (preferred but not required).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for basic data organization and reporting.
Strong 10-key typing skills.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High attention to detail and organizational skills.

Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
